Lalis Direct Care offers support for daily personal care needs in a sensitive and collaborative manner, with respect to specific Service User preferences whilst maintaining safety.

Personal care can include:
- Hygiene support: bathing, assistance with dressing, fresh bedding, incontinence/toilet needs management
- Meal support: preparation and/or serving of meals, assistance with feeding
- Medication support: prompting and/or administration of medication, collection of medication for those who require
- Transfer support: to maintain safety and skin integrity, including with specialist transfer equipment
- Domestic task support: to ensure a well-maintained living environment assistance with duties such as laundry, hoovering, wiping surfaces can be carried out
- Outreach calls: assistance with social activities, general outings, for example, going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family
- Shopping call: going shopping with you or on your behalf to purchase essential items
